Our brand new wormery arrived a couple of weeks ago and we have been allowing the 500 special compost worms to get used to their new home at CSPA.
Today (24/05/2013) as part of the Green Activities happening throughout school, small groups from each year group were taken up to visit the worms.
Thank you to Mr Podbury (Senior) for all his help with setting up the Eco-Council's brand new wormery.
Congratulations to all the boys and girls who played cricket at the festival yesterday.
Both teams were well deserved runners up and also received a special recognition 'Ashes' style cup for excellent play and sportsmanship.

Year 6 children submitted some excellent paintings to this competition earlier this term. Mrs McCloskey is delighted to announce that we won five of the awards. 'Best in school' is awarded to Hanna and Laurie, Maisy, Millie & Catherine were all commended.
Their art work will be displayed in the Chalfont St Peter library from 18th May until 8th June. A prize-giving ceremony was held at the library, attended by all winners on Saturday 18th May.
In Friday (17th May), four of our children attended the prizegiving for this year’s Rotary Club Computer Challenge.
Very well done to Eesha (year 6 - 2nd prize), Theo (Year 5 - 1st prize), Ben (Year 4 – 2nd prize) and Calum (Year 3 – 2nd prize).
All the children were presented with prizes and certificates for their excellent posters which showed their superb IT skills.
