  • PTA Wonderland Ball

    Fri 31 Jan 2014

A huge thank you to all the parents and friends of the school who came to the PTA Wonderland Ball on Friday evening! A fantastic evening was enjoyed by all!

May I also thank the many members of the PTA, organised by Sue Littman and the 'Ball Committee' who spent many days preparing, making, creating, styling and setting up the evening - the hall looked amazing!

Thanks to Mr Paul Jefferys and family for the wonderful meal served to over 140 guests by his team of past pupils and friends.

Past parents, Mr and Mrs Hester with their band 'Chemistry' performed in superb style - well done and thank you!

Saturday: Well done and thank you to the many parents (and some children too!) who came along to clear the school.

A wonderful CSPA team effort! Brilliant!

    Rotary Club Christmas Writing Competition

I am delighted to report the huge success achieved through our children’s participation in this annual competition. Children of all local schools were invited to write a Christmas story in no more than 100 words and this week we were notified that we had the winning entry in each category: Year 3, Year 4-5 (who share a category) and Year 6. We also had two children who came third:

Well done to Amber Lily , and Thomas from year 3, Lucy from Year 5 and Isobel and Sophie of Year 6. They will be attending a formal award ceremony in the Damien Hall, Great Missenden on Thursday 13th February.

  • Cross Country Match at Hervines, Amersham

    Sat 25 Jan 2014

Children of all year groups celebrated during assembly today, having received their individual and team medals, following their recent Cross Country Match at Hervines Park in Amersham.

Despite the terribly muddy conditions, our children persevered in great style to win several team medals through members of the year group being positioned in the higher ranking places in each race.

Congratulations to all the children (pictured below) for representing the school so fantastically! Special thanks also to Mrs Valentine and Mrs Alburg who coordinate and train the children each week.
