  • Y5 Science Dome

    Fri 18 Oct 2019

"Year 5 really enjoyed the Science Dome as it was fun, 3d way to learn about the universe and beyond. it was split into two one hour sessions. The first one was about the unique planets in our solar system and how they were discovered by different people. It showed different galaxies beyond our own which was explained in a tutorial video which everyone loved as it was an interesting way to see our galaxies without having to get in a rocket! The second session included what training you would need to become an astronaut and all the risks with this adventurous career.

Year 5 loved this experience learning about space and its wonders!"

  • Year 4 Superstars event at Davenies

    Tue 08 Oct 2019
On Tuesday 8th October, ten energetic year 4 pupils attended the Superstars Day at Davenies School.  The unavoidable downpour halted outdoor activities, but our CSPA team took the change of events in their stride and showed both determination and passion for sport throughout the afternoon.  Our children showed our school values by supporting not just each other with cheering and encouragement, but also the competing teams from our wider community. It was another performance to be proud of - well done, superstars!
