• Year 6 Zoolab Visit

  Another end of year treat for Year 6 included a visit from Zoolab. The children experienced handling a number of different rainforest creatures and learned a great deal about their habitat, food and survival skills. 

  

• Year 6 Retreat Day to our Parish Church

  Thank you so much to Chalfont St Peter Parish Church for inviting Year 6 to the annual Retreat Day. This was another wonderful opportunity for the children to reflect upon leaving CSPA and joining their secondary schools. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, encouragement and guidance! All of the activities were enjoyed by all and were a chance for the children to work together for one of the last times! Well done everyone!

  

• Young Entrepreneurs

  This year has been another successful year for our Year 6 Young Entrepreneurs! On Monday 9th July, as a reward for all their hard work and commitment the Young Entrepreneurs enjoyed a trip to the Breadhouse and Unique Like You. The children painted pottery, drank milkshakes and devoured delicious chocolate brownies, all paid for from the profits of this year’s sales. 

  Well done Young Entrepreneurs! We now look forward to next week’s Presentation Assembly where the results of our winning team will be announced.

• CSPA Sports Day 2018

  Our annual CSPA Sports Day was another fantastic success! The sun was shining, the competitors were excited, the staff fully prepared and the parents willing to cheer the children to the finish line! It was a wonderful afternoon of talent, enthusiasm, determination and teamwork. Another great example of the CSPA spirit in action. Congratulations to all the children and thank you to everyone involved in making the afternoon such a success! Looking forward to 2019 already!

  

• Quadkids Athletics - County Finals

  Following the success of the District Sports, a smaller group of athletes competed at the Bucks School Games, representing not only CSPA but the local area too! As current champions, we were keen to give our best and see what this new group of younger athletes were able to achieve! They were fantastic, competing with great CSPA spirit, commitment and determination. It was equally wonderful to see the wonderful support and encouragement within the team! The athletes gained a very respectable bronze medal - well done boys and girls. I wonder what we can achieve next year!

  

• District Sports - Track and Field July 2018

  On Wednesday 27th June and Monday 2nd July, a number of our athletes competed on both the track and in the field at this annual event. The competition is always challenging and after weeks of preparation, the children's opportunity to shine finally arrived. They did not disappoint! CSPA not only achieved a number of individual successes with a number of children receiving certificates and the accolade of 'District Champion', but will also were successful in the relay across all year groups. All children who represented the school at the District Sports were excellent and we are very proud of them. Once again, CSPA were the overall champions! Well done athletes!
