Wormery has arrived!
Our brand new wormery arrived a couple of weeks ago and we have been allowing the 500 special compost worms to get used to their new home at CSPA.
Today (24/05/2013) as part of the Green Activities happening throughout school, small groups from each year group were taken up to visit the worms.
- The children learned more about the wormery and how it will produce wonderful compost in only 3-4 months
- They also learned more about the worms and what kind of food they like and dislike - and discovered they don't like the light
- They also gave the worms their special half term feast.
