Wear an Easter Hat Day 24th March 2016
We were overwhelmed today with the response to our charity "Wear an Easter Hat Day" in aid of The Brains Trust. Children and staff throughout the school put their creative thinking into action and donned some fantastic hats, all of which were original and fun in their designs. The day began with a parade through the hall where over half of the school proudly displayed their hats. Mrs Eggleton, one of our LSAs along with her daughter Keira had the very difficult job of judging the hats and 12 winners were selected, 3 from each year group.
Year3 winners: Charis Crellin, Khirah Knowles and Teddy Rosser
Year 4 winners: Massimo Seah, Jake Marsden and Kersensa-Lily Stokes
Year 5 winners: Ruby Lavers, Saffron Riddlington-White and Harry Gibb
Year 6 winners: Dominic Hobson, Oliver Perrin and Emily Barker
Well done to everyone and thank you for your generous contributions which have totalled an enormous £492 so far!
