Royal Albert Hall – Music for Youth Schools Prom.

After a joyful and fun journey filled with singing and laughter we arrive outside the Royal Albert Hall, for the Music for Youth Schools Prom.  We were all stunned at the great building that stood before us, as we got to the door we went silent at the enormous space filled with many different schools and instruments.  It began and the room went dark and silent...suddenly the most amazing music filled the whole room.

After the interval there was the teacher of the year awards and again some more wonderful music and performances. Music was performed by young musicians and bands from across the country.  It was wonderful to witness a range of different musical styles and talents.

At the end loads of balloons came down for the end of the school proms just like the last night of the proms!  A special thank you to Mrs Hill, Mrs White and all the teachers for organising a fantastic school trip which we all enjoyed being part of.
