CSPA PTA July 2016
We have always been extremely fortunate to have such an active and supportive PTA at our school and this year has be no exception. Throughout the year and varied and hugely successful range of fundraising events together with more social occasions have raised over £21,000!
Recently, at our Sports Day, members of the PTA presented the school with a cheque for the sum total of their fundraising this year. Spending of the money has already been planned and is in process: £10,000 towards the leasing costs of our upgraded computing hardware, tables and chairs for Y5, new children's trays/ storage for Y3 classrooms, children's home-school diaries, a defibrillator, additional 15 ipads and cases/charging station to name but a few of the purchases already made. New curriculum resources for the new year are being sourced which will add to the children's learning enjoyment for the new academic year.
A huge thank you to the members of the PTA who meet regularly to plan events but also to the many parents who attend, help set up and run events during the year. We couldn't provide the rich CSPA experience without you! Long may your hard work, support and enthusiasm continue!
