On Tuesday, we played host to St. Mary's school from Beaconsfield. They managed to bring 2 teams with them meaning 17 of our girls had the opportunity to represent the school.
It was an honour to be in the Chalfont C of E school football team, the coaches are great and they always encourage us to do better. On Tuesday 6th November, the B team played St Mary's. St Mary's scored the first goal but in the second half, we were determined to win and scored 4 goals with an end result of 4-1 to us. Victory for CSPA once again.

The A team also played a league game against the same school. The girls went into the game with great confidence- maybe too much. Half time with the score at 0-0, the girls were shocked at how well the other school were playing. Perseverance and determination the key. We were on top throughout the second half and I thought it wasn't to be our day when a shot from Alice rattled the post 5 minutes before the end. A great piece of play from Lily D. to score a goal with 3 minutes left to make the full time score 1-0. Fantastic perseverance from the girls. Very proud of all of them.
