Children In Need Day, 2011
We have had a fantastic response to the ‘Children in Need’ fundraising and have raised an amazing total of approx £1,520 for the appeal.
The children have been very enthusiastic to purchase the Pudsey goodies and raffle tickets. The first place winner is Alex Coyne of Year 3 who has won 4 tickets for a tour around the BBC TV studios. The second prize winner is Callum Castle of Year 5 who will be coming home with a very large Pudsey bear! There were also a number of other raffle prizes.
The children have enjoyed coming into school wearing spots and have certainly looked very colourful.
We are hoping tonight to see our school name mentioned on the screen. If we are lucky enough for this to happen it will be early on in the show so look out for this.
